The Annual General Meeting is sort of like the State of the Union (but friendlier!). Please attend this meeting to hear the state of the association, it’s accomplishments over the last year, it’s current financial position and the election of directors to the board. This year a speaker from the Harris County Community Assistance Department will show you the things they do and how you can request assistance for street sign repair, curb repair etc.
The 2017 Pool Tags are being mailed with the Annual General Meeting notice to all homeowners whose dues are paid. Please don’t discard them by accident, replacement tags cost $5 from Chaparral Management.
The HOA Board of Directors meet on the 3rd Monday of every month except in December. The next HOA Board Meeting is on Monday, April 17th at 7:00pm in the Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend, whether you would like to address an issue, or just listen. The agenda will be available 3 days before the meeting.
